[COMPLETE] Resources overview

Would be possible to add resource overview for a server? In HyperVM there is an overview of guaranteed and burstable ram of all machines on one server so you can see how much of the system ram is currently assigned to VPS's.

Point of this is that we don't want to have (VPS * guar ram) > total ram of the server and in current state there is no way how to control it.

Overview of other parameters (CPU, HDD) is welcomed

Yeah, i'd love a more detailed resources view...of allocated RAM, BURST, HDD, etc.
